ResiGrow Africa is an innovative AgriTech startup that will focus on seedling production. Founded by Dorcas Mnyazi (business & operations lead), I saw how poor seedlings, climate shocks, and lack of knowledge hurt smallholder and large-scale farmers every season.
We will produce high-quality, fast-growing vegetable and fruit seedlings precisely matched to each farmer’s soil and micro-climate, while empowering youth and women through jobs, training and franchise opportunities.
Climate change is threatening smallholder farmers with unpredictable weather, low yields, and health challenges. ResiGrow Africa solves this with precision technology: Esri GIS mapping for perfect variety recommendations, AI predictions for pest and yield forecasts, Odoo ERP for seamless operations, and mobile clinics that keep farmers healthy and productive.
Our vision: 100,000+ farmers with 30–50% higher yields and stronger communities from Kenya to Uganda, Rwanda and Ghana.
